Changes and Cancellations
Cancellations received up to 24th February 2006 will be eligible for a full refund, less a £100 administration fee. Cancellations received on or after 24th February 2006 will be 100% NON REFUNDABLE. All changes and cancellations will also be charged a £15 per transaction processing fee regardless of date received.

Commercial Exhibition
Excellent amenities will be available for commercial companies who wish to exhibit at HGM2006. The venue for the meeting, the Helsinki Fair Centre, offers superb facilities with full supporting services available. We understand the need for maximum interaction between delegates and exhibitors and for this reason posters, internet cafe, coffee breaks, and lunches are all located in the exhibit hall with session rooms in close proximity.
The exhibition contractor for HGM2006 is Consta Oy. Further information is available from the Consta Oy web site.
Exhibitor Registration
Three Steps to Exhibiting
- Complete and send to HUGO, the downloadable Exhibitor Registration Form

- After being allocated a Booth Number, complete the on-line Exhibit Personnel Form to specify those of your staff who are to receive the Complimentary Delegate Badge and Exhibitor Badges
- Complete the on-line Company Information Form - this info will be printed in the Programme Book
Exhibition Package
The booth package comprises the following:
- 3m x 3m Hard Shell Unit
- Company name on fascia board
- Carpet
- 1 x Counter Unit
- 2 x Chairs
- Electricity Supply
- 2 x Spotlights
- Listing of your company in meeting Programme Book for products and services
- 1 x Complimentary full delegate registration for the Scientific Sessions; this registration comprises:
- Access to all scientific sessions; conference materials; coffee breaks; the Welcome Reception; the Conference Dinner.
- 3 x Booth Personnel Passes (allow entry to exhibition hall only)
- 10 x Exhibitor Guest passes
Multiple booths are available, and need not be adjacent. Exhibit space will be allocated by HUGO and space will not be confirmed until full payment has been received.
Company Events
It is also possible to hold a Company Event (Workshop or Seminar) at HGM2006. A 'company' session at HGM2006 is an ideal way to showcase your organisation to a focussed and targeted audience. HUGO will provide a room in the convention centre in which to hold your session, set theatre style with a screen, and signage at the appropriate points. Opportunities will also be provided both before and during HGM2006 to invite our delegates to your session. The cost of holding a 'company' session is £2500; the benefits include:
- List of email addresses of all registered delegates, provided 2 weeks and 1 week before HGM2006, to enable you to announce your event
- Complimentary insert into delegate bags to allow you to promote your workshop/seminar
- Customer passes so you may invite up to ten non-delegates to attend your workshop/seminar (passes also valid for the exhibition hall)
- Signage including company logo outside workshop room
- A listing of your workshop/seminar on the meeting website
- A listing of your workshop/seminar in the meeting Programme Book
Sessions are available on the 1, 2, 3 June. 2 each day from 13:00-15:30. Other times may be available.
