You should only accept an invitation to give an oral presentation if you have already secured travel and other expenses. Please do not ask HUGO for expenses, fellowships, bursaries, etc. after accepting.

Selection of Workshop Speakers
Workshop speakers will be selected by Workshop Chairs after the close of abstract submissions (24 Feb 2006). Up to eight abstracts from each Workshop will be selected for oral presentation, with generally 10 minutes allocated to each presentation plus 5 minutes for questions.
Authors will receive invitations to give oral presentations as soon as possible after the closing date, and are urged to accept or reject the offer as soon as possible, to allow the programme to be compiled. It is important to check your email during early/mid March. If we do not receive replies to invitations within a reasonable period of time, offers will be withdrawn and another speaker invited.
