Discounts
Early Bird Discounts will be available to those registering before the Early Bird Deadline of 24 Feb 2006, and to HUGO Members. See the Membership page on the HUGO web site for membership information.
Letter of Invitation
If you require a letter of invitation, then please contact the HUGO Secretariat at hugo@hugo-international.org.

Opening times for the Registration Desk will be:

2-3 June - 07:30
Changes and Cancellations
Cancellations received before 28th February 2006 will be eligible for a full refund, less a £35 administration fee. Cancellations received on or after 28th February 2006 will be 100% NON REFUNDABLE. All changes and cancellations will also be charged a £15 per transaction processing fee regardless of date received.

Delegate Registration
On-line registration is now closed. If you wish to attend HGM2006 you may register at the HUGO Desk on site from 12:00 31 May 2006.
Registration Fees
Registration will be available up to and during the meeting. However, delegates should note that Early Bird Discounts are available for registrations made before the Early Bird Deadline of 24 Feb 2006.
Registration Fees include
: Entry to all Scientific Sessions : Welcome Reception : 2 Coffee breaks
each day : Lunch each day : Evening Reception at the City Hall : Meeting bag and materials
In addition the HUGO Member and Non-Member fee includes the Conference
Dinner. (Student registration does not include conference dinner).

* Students/Young Scientists must submit an official university certificate or letter, in conjunction with their registration, which confirms their status. Documentation must be faxed to the HUGO Secretariat at: +44 207 935 8341. Documentation must come from a supervisor, departmental head, or graduate school officer. A Young Scientist is defined as a person who is no more than two years beyond the granting of their Ph.D. by 31 Jan 2005. Note: Student/Young Scientist registration does NOT include the conference dinner, but tickets can be purchased separately.
