HGM2006

Venue

HGM2006 will be held at the Helsinki Fair Centre. The Fair Centre web site contains information about the Centre's location, access by public transport, and maps of the area. Travel information is also available from the HGM2006 Travel page.

HUGO Desk

The HUGO Desk will be open from 12:00 on 31st May 2006, 07:00 1st June, and 07:30 2nd & 3rd June.

Internet Café

The Internet Café will be open from 10:00 - 18:30 daily. Appropriate use policies and procedures will be provided to delegates wishing to access or send email. The Internet Café is located in the Exhibition Hall.

Food and Drinks

Complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits will be provided in the morning and afternoon in the Exhibition Hall. Complimentary lunch is available to all delegates.

Badges

Badges will be issued on registration and must be worn at ALL TIMES within the Conference Hall. Security staff will be manning each entry point to scientific sessions and anyone without a badge will be refused entry. Replacement badges will incur a charge of £10 each.

Badges are colour coded as follows:

Yellow - Speakers and Chairs of Sessions
Burgundy - VIP
Blue - Participants
Red - Exhibitors and Exhibitor Guests
Green - Press and Media
Purple - HUGO Staff and Volunteers
